Organisers of the Londonedge and Londoncentral fashion trade exhibitions have announced that they will be launching a brand new show in September 2011.

‘Ledge' will bring business with a shot of adrenalin, occupying the gallery level of Olympia's National Hall. It will focus on clothing, footwear & hardware for the skate and adrenaline sport lifestyle market.

 

Ledge will feature around 80 key skatewear exhibitors as well as playing host to a skate park and gaming area for a more interactive buyer experience. Reflecting the entertainment that Londonedge has become famed for, the skate park will welcome boarders and riders locked in battle!

 

Product sectors will include skate-focused menswear, womenswear, footwear and accessories alongside hardware including skateboard decks, wheels, trucks and more.

 

Exhibiting brands already confirmed include Chocolate, Royal, Skate Mental, Girl Skateboards, Fourstar Clothing, Stereo, Diamond Supply, 5boroNYC, Crayon, Hi Fi, Ace, The Harmony, Withcraft, FTC (for the cause), Dekline, Rockers, Mia, Static, Sk8Dice, Boundless NY, Actual Pain, Milkcrate Athletics, CTRL and Viento.

 

Managing director Carole Hunter said: "Our decision to move in to the gallery area of the National Hall has been met with some very positive feedback from both existing exhibitors and buyers from this sector.

 

The skatewear and adrenaline sports sector generates some incredibly creative small brands and we feel strongly about supporting them. We're mindful of the varying financial situations of potential exhibitors and have created stand schemes to suit all budgets. We'll also be giving some of the growing companies a commercial platform by offering a limited number of Fledgling Company sponsorships at Ledge.
