Working with an agency on finding your next fashion job?  Here are some tips for getting these guys on your side!

• Returns calls and e-mails within 24 hours whether you're available or not.
   

• Be on time for interviews and bookings.
   

• Have a professional appearance and demeanor.
   

• Maintain a positive attitude.
   

• Be eager to please.
   

• Be fast on the job.
   

• Display a strong work ethic (no Internet, cell phone, unnecessary chatter on the job).
   

• Don't complain.
   

• Be easy to use.

If you have a history of being late, nasty, slow, etc., Recruiters will not call you, because you are putting their professional reputation in jeopardy.
