TUKATECH will debut its latest innovation during the April 8-10, 2008 edition of Technology Solutions Expo, the annual conference and exposition for the information technology enabling today's sewn products industry, held at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, FL. Through its e-fit Simulator 3D sample making software, TUKATECH will show sewn products industry members how to view virtual garment samples and send fit comments directly from a PDA device such as an i Phone.

Our goal was to create realistic garments on the computer from actual patterns, so that designers, patternmakers and buyers could make fit comments and suggest alterations more quickly, said Ram K. With the e-fit Simulator by TUKA, suppliers are now opting to send digital samples via email as motion video attachments, showing approvers the fit and look of proto and final samples. e-fit Simulator by TUKA is the only 3D system with a built-in motion simulator for fit development and fit verification, with color tension mapping, X-ray vision, and many other features that simulate real fit sessions, with results, that are identical to actual fit sessions  but without physical samples. Many retailers have eliminated physical samples while approving digital samples to save time, as they did not find any variation between the two.
