MADE FOR GOOD, a collection of like-minded brands that use a model of embedded generosity to raise money and awareness for charitable organizations through sales, is celebrating its launch today. The MADE FOR GOOD consortium of brands currently includes Jedidiah, GRAMMY MusiCares, Beautiful Feet and United Artist Network. Proceeds from these apparel brands directly support each company's partner charity, empowering consumers to consciously choose to make purchases that create positive change. The collective goal of MADE FOR GOOD is to leverage the power of the retail industry to make a positive difference in the world. To commemorate the launch of MADE FOR GOOD, we are releasing five new GRAMMY MusiCares T-shirts today, each of which is a collaboration with a different music personality or group and will raise money for the MusiCares foundation. The collaborations in the launch collection are with: Tim McGraw, Sean Kingston, Jack Johnson, Sugarland and Slipknot.
A unique and experienced organization, Made For Good is the "catalyst of collaboration", and is paying forward their decade-old embedded generosity business concept. They do this through Made for Good sponsored events and resources, their wholly owned brands and their consortium of partnerships with powerful nonprofit organizations. They create new revenue streams for their partners through like-minded consumer product goods created to augment their endowment efforts and assist them with fundraising in their mission of giving – hence their tagline …… "a recurring model of giving".
