Urban Outfitters is amping up the sound in its Mockingbird Station store, starting with DJ Nathan Ashby spinning from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 27. Dallas alt-rock band, The Ligons, will kick off a live music set at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 29.

We're trying to shine a light on local bands that could use the venue and benefit from the Urban Outfitters name, said Lindsay Gautreau, manager of the Urban Outfitters store at Mockingbird Station.
