Corporate History/facilities:

They are a 45-year-old ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, founded in 1960. Headquartered in New York City, with two 300,000-sq.ft warehouses in Northwest Arkansas. They have traditionally serviced their customer base through domestic and global manufacturing.

In the early 1980's. They expanded their overseas offices to include Hong Kong, Soul, Korea, and Dhaka Bangladesh. They own and operate three manufacturing facilities in Mexico, one facility in Central America, and five overseas offices in Asia. As a company they are deeply committed to insuring that they exceed social/human rights compliance in all of their worldwide facilities.
