A robe is a loose-fitting outer garment. Unlike garments described as capes or cloaks, robes usually have sleeves. There are a variety of robe categories such as gowns, bathrobes, barrister, etc. A camouflage bathrobe is not often worn hunting or in combat. However, anything is possible.
Camouflage is the use of any combination of materials, coloration, or illumination for concealment, either by making animals or objects hard to see. Clothing is generally used with a camo pattern for hunting and the military.
In regard to robes, the use of camouflage prints is mostly for "fashion" or style as opposed to the purpose actual concealment. Camouflage print pattern clothing can obviously be worn for the purpose of concealment or simply as a fashion statement.
