Very basic twill weave (technically a 2/2 twill). This is probably the second most simple weave after plain weave. Note the distinctive diagonal lines. This is from an old sampler and therefore is a bit messy, but the yarn is big and the spacing is fairly even, clearly demonstrating the basic pattern.
A Twill with ribs in both sides, called fishbone twill

Twill is a type of fabric woven with a pattern of diagonal parallel ribs.

It is made by passing the weft threads over one warp thread and then under two or more warp threads. Examples of twill fabric are gabardine, tweed and serge.
