Note: After this report was filed, it has come to our attention that the inspector was actually a "Troll" in disguise. This is NOT a valid report. We have determined that this jealous troll was simply attempting to cause trouble. He had made up the details in this report. We have conducted several new inspections of Santa's workshops and find absolutely NO violations of any kind.

Executive Summary: The merchandise identified above was inspected for the Children Against Sweaters Corporation based on criteria for workmanship, appearance, and conformity to measurements. Inspectors are NOT satisfied with the conditions at the Claus Facilities at the North Pole. Minor and Major violations have been recorded. The results of this inspection have been discussed with Santa Claus for immediate correction. Copy of full report has been sent to the Children Against Sweater Corp.

Remarks:
1) Inspection was according to clients spec file and control samples.
2) Total order quantity is 27,000 sweaters. The workshop only had 24,500 available at time of inspection.
3) 90% finished and packed into Santa sacks prior to inspection.
4) Total opened 125 cartons for inpsection with carton numbers (see attached).
5) Found Color Navy, Lot A: Lot B: Lot C was same as control samples.
6) All color shading and lot shading sealed and kept at packing facility.

Violations:
1) Santa did not provide adequate time cards. He indicated that Mrs. Claus handles HR and was currently not available to meet with inspectors.
2) Two Reindear had been briefly seen by inspectors chewing on wool yarns in knitting station number two. Inspector notes, that he was distracted on purpose by singing and dancing and after turning back around the reindeer were gone. When the issue was addressed with Santa Claus, Mr. Claus indicated that this was not possible and reindear are never permitted in the knitting facility.
3) In the embroidery building number 6, one fire detector was low on batteries. It was functioning, but this needs to be watched carefully.
4) Elves had been witnessed dancing down the isles; leading to risking conditions. No dancing signs are clearly posted, but managers are not monitoring for compliance.
5) Three elves singing very loudly. Caution for potential noise violation.
6) Packages labeled incorrectly. 50% marked to Cortney. 50% marked to Spencer. Each child should receive one package not thousands. Packages are clearly mis-marked by the elves. Elves claim that two children snuck into the workshop and re-marked the packages. Elves agreed to correct the issue and add locks to the workshop doors and windows.
