1st Stage (feeding system)
includes
a feed belt, two rotating cutters, one ventilator
and one Z shape permanent magnet; all the machines are all
brand new.
2nd Stage (storing and blending)
has the following two options: a brand new machine, which it enables the
cut materials to be stored into a container and then mixed automatically.
The other option is to build your own storage room, where an employee will
be removing the material in a manual way.
3rd Stage (distribution and fiber opening or tearing system)
from the 2nd stage to the loader/weighed onto the tearing machine. It
includes a second hand vacuum machine and brand new Z shape permanent
magnet, plus a second hand tearing machine.
4th Stage (Press, accumulator and feed transport belt),
includes
transport belt for fibers with inclinable material holder, accumulator for
the introduction of fiber into the press and a double pressing box press
(where in order to retrieve the packing, one box slides along the outside
of the other).
