S&K Famous Brands, Inc. is engaged in the retail sale of menswear The Company's menswear includes tailored-clothing, furnishings, sportswear, shoes and accessories. Tailored-clothing, under which the Company includes suits and sportcoats, accounted for 60% of its merchandise sales during the fiscal year ended February 2, 2008 (fiscal 2008). No other category, including shirts, ties, slacks, outerwear, sportswear, shoes and accessories accounted for 10% of revenues in the fiscal 2008. The Company announced a store opening in Eastern Hills Mall, Williamsville on October 15, 2007. In February 2009, the Company filed a voluntary petition for reorganization relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Easter District of Virginia in Richmond.
