The Company also conducts retail dry cleaning and laundry operations through MW Cleaners in the Houston, Texas area. The Company operates in two segments: retail and corporate apparel. In August 2013, the Company announced that it has completed its acquisition of JA Apparel Corp (Joseph Abboud). Effective August 6, 2013, Men's Wearhouse Inc acquired JA Holding Inc.
