It's not too late to join the fight against breast cancer. Lee National Denim Day, the world's largest single-day fundraiser for breast cancer, has extended its registration deadline until Wednesday, September 26. Sponsored by Lee Jeans, the No. 1 jeans brand for women, Lee National Denim Day gives Americans the opportunity to make a significant contribution for breast cancer research, education, screening and treatment. On that day, October 5, everyone who wears jeans and makes an individual $5 donation to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation will help raise awareness and funds for a disease that affects millions every year. The goal this year is to raise $7.5 million in a single day. Companies, organizations and individuals may register by simply calling (800) 521-5533 or visiting http://www.denimday.com . More than 15,000 companies have signed up to date to participate in Lee National Denim Day.
