IPS have launched their speciality powders under the brand names of Estrabond HMT 200 and Estrabond MC 100HF grades. These powders are applied by the mini coating and fluidise bed applications for the protection, colouring and coating of metal accessories used within the apparel and lingerie markets.
Estrabond HMT 100 and MC 100HF are applied by the mini coating process for the coating of brassiere rings and sliders, and HMT 200 for bra under wire tips; in particular, in the lamination process where resistance to 190c temperature is required. These powders offer a unique advantage of cost and performance over traditionally applied nylon powders. Estrabond coated parts can be easily dyed at 100c or 115c in just 15 minutes.
