This newest version includes more powerful notch positioning controls; accelerated background batch processing; and Microsoft® SQL database compatibility for large enterprise users. Ø AccuMark V-Stitcher™ 3D garment design and visualization software by Browzwear offers powerful, true-to-life modeling that enables users to create a virtual garment from a 2D pattern over a 3D body image and integrates seamlessly with Gerber’s AccuMark pattern design software via a software interface. Ø Vision Fashion Studio is a leading conceptual and textile design product used to streamline the creative process, reduce development times and ultimately decrease costs and increase profitability and productivity. Fashion Studio offers improved control over image editing and tracing functions and more creative options for manipulating colors. Users will discover an expanded selection of 550 new weaves from which to choose. Expanded graphics tools and capabilities have also been included to enhance presentations and display collections. Ø WebPDM 5.0 is the newest version of the leading integrated web-based product development management software that helps apparel companies and retailers facilitate communication and accelerate the coordination of product development tasks by connecting design, engineering, costing, and manufacturing information through a centralized database of product-related information. It provides a unified, single version view of specifications and product information in “real-time” via a fully functional Internet-browser client that allows internal and external partners to collaborate remotely. Ø The GTxL cutting system will be highlighted, which is ideal for cutting small lot orders at low- and medium-ply heights. The GTxL offers the lowest cost-per-unit cut for low-ply cutting systems. Lower power consumption, longer lasting consumables, more cutting time per cutting cycle and less downtime increase the value of GTxL. InVision plaid and stripe matching system is also available to improve the finished quality of matched products by compensating for fabric irregularities, delivering thread-to-thread accuracy of cut parts. Ø Gerber’s automated material spreading solutions offer the unique features of the cradle feed system, and ensure tension-free spreading of even the most difficult fabrics. The simplicity of the system ensures easy and fast operator training and high reliability.
