The wholesale segment offers casual and dress men's and women's apparel to retailers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Indonesia, and the United Kingdom. Products are sold through approximately 10,000 retail stores operated by the Company's customers, which include major department stores, specialty stores and mass-market retailers. The Company markets its premium men's and women's apparel under the Haggar brand name and holds exclusive licenses to use the Claiborne trademark in the United States to manufacture, market, and sell men's shorts and pants and to use the Kenneth Cole New York and Reaction Kenneth Cole trademarks throughout the United States to manufacture, market and sell men's tailored dress pants, dress and casual pants, and shorts in men's classification pant departments. More moderately priced lines of men's clothing are marketed under a variety of trademarks offered by its mass-market retailer division, The Horizon Group. The Horizon Group also offers retailers quality men's apparel bearing the retailer's private label. The Company offers its women's apparel products under the Haggar and Stonebridge brands and several other trademarks offered by its women's wear division, as well as customers private labels.
